For those who want each of their buns cradled by Second Skin soft raw cut fabrics, these will do the trick. The raw-edge range is made with seamless non-rolling fabric. The edges are free cut so it shows no visible panty lines aka NVPL.

Can I return or exchange an online purchase?

Yes, you can. Simply start your return or exchange process my sending us a mail at hello@clubhousevivaldi.com depending on your location we will let you know the closest fulfilment center to send your return to.

Is the return/exchange/refund process easy?

YES! We have made the return procedure as simple as possible! If you don't like your purchase for any reason, send us an email with your order number and we'll arrange an exchange (store credit) or a refund for you! That is all there is to it. It’s that simple.

What if I want a refund?

Not a problem. Please give your brand new CHV intimates and undies about a month for them to adjust and conform to the your body's natural shapes. If you're still not happy please write to us and we will refund the value under our satisfaction guarantee policy. This is only applicable to your first pair of undies that you try.

Can you clarify shipping costs?

We do not cover the return shipping fees for exchanges unless there has been a mistake in your order and we have sent you the wrong size. Please note, the shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.
